Launching NAC back in 2014 as a family run business, Adrian and Amanda wanted to build a national brand that solely focussed on the direct business to consumer sector of the industry that are in need of an ‘out of warranty’ appliance repair. From day one, they both knew that it would be extremely tough as there was already a handful of larger, more successful businesses competing in the marketplace so they knew that the key to success was to focus on repairs, not retail or sales as that creates a conflict of interest, but instead, to commit to building a trusted, reliable and effective national repair network comprising of employed and self employed engineers focussed on repairing appliances, not replacing them.
