Brillant service guy messaged to say what time he would arrive and the booking team kept me upto date with everything. He stayed and had the oven on for 30 mins to check that was the problem. Very happy thanks.
Danny was very polite and obviously knew what he was doing. I have to say his mobile rang at least 10 times during his visit with work related queries from other engineers. I don't know how he kept his concentration.
Chris arrived on time and kept me updated with calls beforehand, which gave me confidence the appointment would run smoothly. He quickly identified the issue and explained clearly that the freezer could not be repaired due to an internal gas leak.
Quick service, sent a repair man next day. Excellent.
Leesa was very helpful and friendly for my request for an engineer to look at my cooker. Hopefully it will be resolved after the weekend.
