Time of visit was exactly as I wanted. Two very approachable staff who not only did the job properly, but gave advice on good practices. Clean working, left my kitchen in good order. Very pleased.
Two really nice boys, Ashley from Swansea and a newly trained engineer. They were so professional in their manner, polite and friendly. Without any fuss they completed the repair perfectly and all is good. I would definitely use NAC again.
Hotpoint door catch wouldn't open so contacted NAC. Very quick response and easy to deal with. Engineer called the following day and opened the machine for me to remove washing. Service was excellent and efficient, engineer respectful and friendly.
The booking process was very quick and easy, the repair was carried out promptly and on time, and the engineer was very pleasant and helpful.
