Excellent communication from the company, as I was informed every step of the way. The engineer arrived when expected on time. He was very informative of what he was doing and why.
They booked me in quickly with an engineer. The receptionist was polite & patient.
Easy to book and engineer very polite and quick to respond to contact. Unfortunately problem turned out to be tenent had turned off a switch so no repair work necessary.

Initial service from NAC was good. Subcontractor arrived the next working day. Repair eventually completed 2 weeks later. Some delay due to part delivery but subcontractor was not proactive enough in keeping me updated. Work carried out satisfactorily.
