I booked online for a tumble dryer repair. Really easy process with loads of dates to choose from, and a message on the morning to give a time window. The engineer was friendly and found the problem quickly. Part was ordered and he was back to fix it. Will definitely use NAC again.

Very easy to book the engineer, who arrived as scheduled and quickly set about identifying and removing the broken belt while explaining what he was doing. He returned a few days later, fitted the new belt, checked everything was working and left it all clean and tidy.
