A very good experience as the engineer was friendly with good communication skills. He understood my concerns and serviced my washing machine thoroughly, as the machine is well over 10 years old. I now feel confident to keep using it.
Unfortunately spare parts for our dishwasher are now obsolete, so we needed a new one. Matt got us a replacement within a couple of days, fitted it and took the old one away all in the one price. Very pleased.
