We're putting real money into training and development right across the company, with the aim of becoming the most recognised name in out-of-warranty appliance repair. We've opened our own dedicated Training Centre, built a full online learning portal and grown the team significantly. None of that is the finish line. We want every person who joins to keep getting better, and we build the support around them to make that happen.
