"Initial assessment was quick and competent and arranged much faster than I expected. Confirmation of the appointment time sent the day before as promised. Then the part was ordered and available in much less than a week. "Rebecca took my call and arranged for a call out later today. Danny the engineer rang to advise when he would arrive. He diagnosed a slipped drive belt, and repaired it using the existing belt. He also checked the pulley was secure and advised of another potential problem with the drum,but for now it's fixed and working OK. Very pleased with the service and at a reasonable price. I would wholly recommend for domestic appliances repairs."
