"Very good service from start to finish! The lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and even offered me same day service! I like the fact that you pay a one off cost for call out and labour, if any parts are needed that’s extra. The washing machine engineer came the following morning….. I was updated with a time of arrival, Taylor arrived on time , the original problem did not happen when he was here but he did give the machine a good clean, the pipes from the dispenser drawer were full of gunk! Very helpful engineer and would not hesitate to recommend this firm. No problem with machine since."
