"BIG warranties wrote off the Rangemaster 110 oven without even seeing it. Claiming the engineer said its not not financially viable to repair it. They never even came to the house. We contacted NAC and the engineer had it repaired in 30 minutes. One new element £39 and the callout fee. Saved us well over a grand to replace our oven. Highly recommended .... don't go any where near BIG Warranties if you live in the Selby / York area... they don't even have an engineer... "
