Our dishwasher showed an E15 error and was making a loud noise. I booked online and an engineer asked if he could come the same day. Polite, clean and professional, he had the part in his van and it was working within 40 minutes.
I phoned in the morning and spoke to a very helpful person who said the engineer would be in touch that day. He rang back, came out that afternoon and our washing machine was working again by teatime. Prompt and friendly.
We were the last call of the day at 5pm. The engineer quickly found the freezer needed a re-gas, then the pressure dropped. He didn't give up where some might have and spent the time to track it down. Good as new, thank you.
