Fast response. The part arrived and was installed quickly, and the problem was fixed. Couldn't ask for much more than that, and I'd happily call them again if anything else goes wrong.
Danny the engineer rang to tell me when he'd arrive. He diagnosed a slipped drive belt and repaired it, then checked the pulley was secure. Very pleased with the service and at a reasonable price.
