Got a same day appointment, which I wasn't expecting. The engineer arrived within the slot I'd been given and had the oven repaired within ten minutes. Couldn't have asked for more.
The engineer contacted me to confirm the appointment and kept me up to date with his arrival time. It took two visits because a part had to be ordered in, but he was quick, efficient and polite, and my oven is working again.
