Spoke to a polite, helpful lady who booked a washing machine repair for the next day. Within 45 minutes Alek the engineer called to say he'd be with me in an hour. He found the fault, ordered the part and came back to fit it. Very impressed start to finish.
So easy to book a repair, the staff were friendly and informative. Prompt date and time for the visit and we were kept up to date. One price which included the call out and the engineer who had to come out twice. Will definitely use again.
