Time of visit was exactly as I wanted. Two very approachable staff who not only did the job properly, but gave advice on good practices. Clean working, left my kitchen in good order. Very pleased.
Great communication, had a tracker and updates as the day went on to when he would arrive, even called to let me know the status. Once here, very knowledgeable and explained everything, also recommended an update to prevent future issues.
One of my gas rings hadn't been working, and the engineer showed me what was wrong. The replacement part is no longer available but he went above and beyond with a temporary fix that should work for a while. Very grateful.
