I needed a repair to a Falcon range cooker, which is over 20 years old. Finding an engineer through the appointments system worked very quickly and efficiently. Darrell, the engineer, was able to come within a couple of days to make the repair and had all the parts on board.
Our 25 year old gas cooker was struggling. One ring had stopped working and three more were running very poorly. The engineer arrived on time, quickly assessed the problem and quickly fixed it so we now have 5 rings out of 5 working. He also adjusted the oven doors.
The engineer came out promptly and already had the part with him so the problem was solved quickly. Friendly, efficient and exactly what I was hoping for.
