Booked online in the evening, engineer was round by lunchtime the following day. Diagnosed the drum bearing on the spot, fitted a new one, machine's quieter than the day I bought it. Saved me a whole new appliance.
Honest and quick. Quoted me £140 over the phone for a new fan motor, charged me £140 on the day. No upselling, no hidden bits. Refreshing.
