Diagnosed and fixed
Your engineer finds the fault and explains it plainly. The service charge covering labour, callout and VAT is agreed before booking, and any parts needed are quoted separately before work starts.

Very efficient service for my elderly mother. The engineer was polite and professional, and the booking was stress free and easy. Everything was swift and exactly as promised. Would definitely recommend.

How quickly can you get an engineer to me?
For most jobs we can attend the same or next working day, subject to availability. Book before mid-afternoon and you're usually looking at a visit within 24 hours. Once it's confirmed, we'll give you a time window so you're not stuck waiting in all day.
How much does a domestic appliance repair cost?
We quote a fixed service charge before an engineer attends, and that covers all labour, the callout and VAT where it applies. The only thing on top is parts, if any are needed, and we price those separately for your approval before any work starts. So there are no surprises on the invoice.
Are your repairs guaranteed?
Yes. Every repair we complete is backed by a guarantee. The exact length depends on the parts we fit, and it's all set out in your terms and conditions so you know precisely what's covered.

What happens if my appliance can't be repaired economically?
Our engineer will tell you straight, on the day. If a repair would cost more than the appliance is worth, they'll say so rather than press ahead with a job that doesn't make sense. We'd always rather give you honest advice than sell you a fix you don't need.
Do you work on every brand of appliance?
We cover all the major British and European makes, including Bosch, Hotpoint, Beko, Samsung, Miele, Neff, AEG, LG, Whirlpool, Siemens, Smeg and Zanussi, along with plenty more. If your make isn't one you'd expect, give us a ring, because chances are we still handle it.
Are your engineers qualified and insured?
Yes. Every NAC engineer is trained on the brands they attend, fully insured and DBS-checked. Anyone working on gas appliances is Gas Safe registered, and electrical work is carried out to current Part P standards.
