I don’t normally give reviews but the engineer was so efficient and on time I felt I had to give a review

The man fixed my dishwasher he was friendly and came back to make sure everything was working

Excellent all round service would recommend

Excellent service from this company. The engineer contacted us to give us a time slot that was convenient and he arrived on time. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and quickly recognised the problem that was causing our frost free Miele fridge freezer to ice up. He quickly remedied the problem without any parts being needed to effect the repair.

Excellent service!! I called on Thursday afternoon and my repair was sorted by 9:30 Friday morning! Lee the engineer got in touch to arrange a suitable time, within an hour of the booking, and called to let me know he was on his way. Price was very good compared to others i had spoken to. i would highly recommend NAC to anyone needing repairs 🙂

Very quick with details on my call to checking with my washing machine

Tim was brilliant, we were really concerned we’d need a new cooker ! But he quickly assessed that it was likely a timer issue, he ordered the new timer, fitted it a few days later and the oven worked – so grateful as the fix was a snip of what an oven replacement would have been. Will certianly use NAC again and recommend to friends. Thank you

The online booking system was easy to use which was a good thing for me as I am not very tech minded! The first timeslot I was offered was not convenient but I was offered a more suitable time without any trouble. The technician (Coby) arrived on time and was friendly and helpful. He explained the problem to me and what he was going to do to fix it. He then set about the repair to my fridge and cleared up when he was finished. I am very happy with the result and will certainly use NAC again in the future. Thank you !

Jordan was amazing and very thorough in finding out the fault on our dishwasher. He did a very detailed search of the appliance for the leak that had triggered the error code.

In these days of poor quality service, it was great to actually come across a company whose service was seamless; from the initial call to Jordan’s appearance at our door and the fixing of our appliance. Everything was high quality.

Service was excellent and did everything I needed done engineer was very pleasant and did a excellent job
