Excellent service from start to finish. The lady I spoke to initially was very helpful. Then Wez did my repair. He arrived on time. He was very professional but friendly and also very tidy. Would highly recommend.

Living a long way from my father-law is not ideal when he pulls his fridge onto him! Chris attended within a couple of hours to confirm his fridge is still alive after a quick fix. A call centre that I assume this is proved ideal in the circumstances as they have contact with many engineers and someone obviously picks up the job if it suits their workload and location, ideal in an ‘emergency.’ Thank you.
