Engineer arrived first thing went over costs B4 starting and completed the repair as agreed was in an out in less than 45 mins so it never ran into an other HR which would have doubled the costs .. machine is going well and if I have future issues I will call them first .. service was second to none
Easy to book, engineer turned up on time and was knowledgeable and friendly. Even though repair was not cost effective the engineer gave us great advice, and explained exactly what was wrong and why it didn’t make sense to spend more money on repair v cost of new appliance.

Used NAC to find a cooker repair engineer as its so difficult to get anyone to come out generally.
The engineer they sent was very good and repaired the cooker very quickly. Id recommended using NAC to anyone living in a rural area who cant usually get engineers to attend a repair.

Called out for a leaky seal. Came the next day assessed the problem ordered a new seal that arrived in a few days. Engineer replaced seal did an excellent job. Quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend.
