The repair was completed 24-48 hours sooner than we expected. Result – a working oven and a very satisfied customer. Thank you to all concerned.
Florian arrived on time and dealt with our problem very satisfactorily. Even though some parts will need to be replaced, the washing machine is back under the worktop – it had nearly walked out of the door! – and it is working perfectly at the moment.

Leyton, the engineer, arrived promptly, He quickly diagnosed the issue and ordered the necessary replacement part. As soon as it was available he made contact and effected the repair. He was mindful of all furnishings, eg wooden floor,kitchen units, throughout. Dishwasher is now working. What more can you ask for?

The door on our washing machine would not lock, so obviously could not be used. I looked on line to find a local repair company and came across NAC who had excellent reviews, almost too good to be true, but I decide to call them and immediately spoke to an actual person. They explained that I would be contacted by a local engineer and the price that was very reasonable. I got a call from the engineer and arranged a time / date for the visit that was the agreed for the next working day. The repair was then carried out and all fixed for the estimated price.
