Easily arranged same day repair for a failed oven heating element. Friendly efficient service from the lady who organised the call out and a similar experience with the engineer who effected the repair. Whilst not exactly inexpensive, it was a lot cheaper than replacing the faulty oven.

Although the engineer was slightly late, he diagnosed the fault and fitted a replacement with the minimum amount of fuss and was gone quite promptly.

Engineer came to see our issue regarding our dishwasher. Quickly informed us of problem and ordered parts for us. We were informed that an appointment would be made once parts were in. The engineer then came back to fix the dishwasher 5 days later which was fantastic
