The guy who fixed our hob was Taf, he was so good. Very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and did a first class job.

There was some problem with booking the appointment as the time slot agreed was changed by you causing a long delay, The engineer however was excellent. He was knowledgeable, efficient, polite and tidy and did a very good job.

The engineer told me what the problem with my appliance was, told me what I needed to do to make my appliance accessible (which needed a kitchen installer’s experience), explained fully about the options on paying for the parts and then returned very quickly to do the repair. And all with a smile.
