Prompt response to my enquiry. The engineer came out to check the part required and returned when agreed to fix the problem. Fantastic service all round.

Booking the appointment for a plumber to check and diagnose the problem with our washer dryer was easy and quick. Friendly and polite representative who informed me of process/ charge etc.
Plumber duly contacted me next morning and arrived promptly.
After diagnoses it was decided the machine could be repaired with parts ordered but the cost would be high. Plumber advised me on alternatives.
Pleased with the service and would use NAC again.

Would definitely recommend NAC repair. Engineer was on time, very polite and explained what he could do to repair my fan oven, which he did in no time. The booking process was excellent and easy. Communications with the company to keep me updated were great.
