Found a leak under our washing machine. Got a same day appointment, engineer was really friendly and helpful. Have used them before for our fridge and they were equally good. Definitely recommend.

One quick phone call had a probable diagnosis of an electrical fault and an arrangement for an engineer to call later in the day to affect a repair. (Greig came on schedule and fixed the problem.)
Payment was made by secure use of my credit card over the phone and the necessary repair was done effectively and effectively. Whilst not exactly inexpensive, the service was a fraction of the price quoted by Hotpoint. Well done NAC.

Although I was pleased with your engineer and the information provided for his visits I was slightly alarmed at the time lapse between ordering and paying for the spare parts and their subsequent delivery. I hadn’t expected to wait for a month!
