Only had to wait two days after calling. The engineer was friendly, professional, and he diagnosed and fixed my broken dishwasher, very quickly. Great service!
The engineer came promptly having telephoned beforehand. He identified the fault and later that morning I had a telephone call to say that the spare part was available and he would return to fix it two days later.
