Just spoken to a lady called Kate who went above and beyond to try and help get an engineer out to a disabled gentleman that fitted in and around his care rota , even saying that the engineer would call me to give a better idea of the time frame for the call out. Extremely helpful and highly recommended, hopefully the repair will go as smoothly

The appointment was easy to make. The engineer arrived on time and was extremely professional and polite. He understood the problem and replaced the oven door quickly and explained what we should do in future if we had a problem.
