I found the whole process very reassuring, being able to speak over the phone to NAC repairs , allowing me to describe my problem , and to know immediately they would follow up to arrange the repair , and keep me informed. They also assisted to get same day repair for me, I really appreciated their understanding and was so grateful to hear from the repair engineer so quickly.A great service all the way through start to finish. Very helpful and pleasant

Booked for an engineer to come out due to one of the burners on our hob not working. Service was professional and friendly and successful. Communications before was excellent and they even fit us in earlier than expected

Made the call to NAC, very helpful lady took details and I asked for a date two days ahead. Next I received a call from the the person who is going to call and fix my cooker again very helpful and organised a time slot. The person turned up as per time fixed the problem with my cooker very clean and tidy job..all sorted thank you.
