The work has not taken place yet. So it seems inappropriate to rate anything yet. But the man thatbbooked my work in with his Company wants me to rate HIS services, which were excellent.
He arranged me a very prompt repair appointment, gave me a price quote. He also asked forvthe full payment in advance but when I declined, stating I only pay when the job is done ( in case nobody turns up, or in case I get trapped by scammers etc). But he accepted this & said I can of course, pay on the date after the repair has taken place.
His manner was very polite & he was very efficient. He gave me confidence by confirming the date of repair & that an Engineer will contact me the evening before, by email and also by text.
