A very clear website.
It was easy to book an engineer’s appointment on line.
I was extremely lucky to get an early appointment as it was just before Christmas.
Communication was exceptional with a text sent as reminder , to be accepted or rejected.
Once confirmed a further text was sent saying that a named engineer,Christopher Harper, would contact the night before ,or the am of the appointment, to advise the hours within which he would attend.
There was also a text sent to say he was on his way.
The job was completed quickly and efficiently.

I rang Maria to make an appointment to arrange for an engineer to look at my fridge /freezer. Maria was so friendly, helpful and patient. She explained everything step by step. I now have an early appointment made. This was the best customer experience that I have had re repairs. So much better than dealing with manufacturers service lines.

Based on first contact and booking an appointment: the phone was answered quickly and the person I spoke to was friendly and efficient. I was able to get an appointment only two days later.

Right from my very first phone contact through to the engineer completing my repair I was nothing less than impressed with NAC. They were extremely helpful & prompt to arrange a first visit. The engineer was friendly & competent & explained what he was doing & the problem clearly. The cost of the initial call out was reasonable. They found the spares necessary quickly even though my range cooker was 8 years old. Unfortunately my breakdown was over the Christmas week so this caused some delays but that is to be expected. The same engineer returned & completed my repair & was just as friendly & helpful as before. Altogether I was impressed with my experience with NAC & wouldn’t hesitate to recommend in the future.
