Prompt and proper service. A very obliging technician. Great service.

The engineer arrived on time and immediately confirmed and explained my dishwasher door fault. Based on the information I provided he had the required replacement parts with him and was able to quickly & efficiently carry out the repair. The final cost was as quoted with no unexpected additions, the price of the parts was as their RRP. The kitchen unit plinth that had to be removed was replaced leaving everything as before. I certainly would not hesitate in using this company again.

Our Miele dishwasher broke down and our local electrical repair shop wouldn’t work with the brand. As we live in an isolated area I had no idea where to start looking for a service agent. NAC hooked me up with a repair guy who was brilliant, he could come within a two days, and he even knew how to diagnose through listening to the machine. He was like Dr Miele. He was smashing to work with, and knowing he’s now on our team, I would feel confident buying another used Miele Applicance – so that’s better for the environment, too.
