Booked an appointment on 22 Dec for Christmas Eve. The engineer called to confirm and I asked if it was possible to make it early in the day. He arrived at 07.30 and diagnosed the problem without the need for expensive replacement parts. Job done before 08.00. Really pleasant guy and we would definitely use again.

Absolutely brilliant service. I called NAC a week before Christmas expecting someone to come out to look at our cooker in the New Year. To our delight, an engineer was arranged for a couple of days later. He turned up on time, diagnosed the electrical fault within 5 minutes and replaced the faulty elements with stock from his van. Cooker back to perfect operation in time for Christmas within 45 minutes of him arriving. Labour costs included in the call out charge as arranged – we only had to pay for the parts he replaced. We genuinely didn’t expect to get our cooker back in time for Christmas but we’re delighted that it was. Many thanks.

My washer drier jammed mid cycle and wouldn’t drain out. I booked a repair with NAC following the clearly set out steps on their online form. I was put in touch with a named engineer who gave me a next day appointment then texted a time slot in the morning. The terms and conditions plus price of the call out were all stated on the website. Jack came and spent 40 minutes draining my machine and clearing the blockage in the filter. He was a courteous and tidy worker asking for old towels and a receptacle to avoid any water being spilled – the machine had to be pulled out and laid on its side. The call out fee covered everything and was billed on his phone with a receipt sent immediately after the payment. I would highly recommend Jack who works for NAC.

The service we received was very prompt and both the office and the engineer were super helpful, explaining what needed to happen at each stage. The fault was diagnosed and fixed very quickly and we were especially grateful that they were able to do the work before Christmas.

It was easy to arrange. Given this was just before Christmas, our wait was short, we were contacted on the morning of the visit, and within five minutes thereafter by the engineer who was prompt, courteous, efficient, had the necessary part and left us soon after with a working oven and minimal tidying to do. A great experience.
