I rang this company and they dealt with my problem straight away, they couldn’t get anyone to come that day but booked an engineer for the following day, l was telephoned by the engineer on the day to let me know what time he was arriving and sorted out my problem efficiently, finished the job left it clean & tidy. I would definitely use them again. Very good service from start to finish.
Oven stopped working a week before xmas! Easy to book a call out via the website. Engineer detected the fault, ordered the part and returned to fix it. Seamless service. Would recommend and use again.

Called on Friday 27th Dec to book an engineer to try to fix my Zanussi fridge freezer. Kate was very friendly and professional explaining the call out charges and an engineer was booked for Monday 30th Dec, although one may be available sooner if there is a cancellation.
I was pleased to get this response considering we are in between Christmas and New Year when businesses may not be open or are short staffed.
