Find the very nice gentleman arrived on time, told me what was wrong with my oven. Had one part in his van and the other two parts were ordered and the final repair was done between Xmas and new year. I wasn’t left without an oven during the Christmas period and was able to cook the festive food. NAC gentleman was throughly professional, came the time he said he would. There were no hidden costs and all costs were agreed before the repair. I can highly recommend this Company and have no hesitation in doing so. Thank you NAC.

Prompt service and next day visit from the engineer to assess the problem. It was good to see that over the years it was the same engineer who had been out on previous visits to address different issues. Nick is a great guy, knowledgeable and very efficient. He diagnosed the problem and having checked his system advised that the parts were showing as in stock and as such should be with us by early next week. Repair was booked in for the 30th at which point Nick returned and effected the repair. NAC on three occasions claimed parts had not arrived due to Christmas rush, when in fact the parts were in but their engineers were booked out. Honesty would have been appreciated.

The repair was carried out at the stated date and time. Also quick and good service.

Wow! What can I say! I called today around 10:30 am as a local company were not able to look at our dishwasher for at least two weeks. The lady offered me an appointment on Thursday which I accepted but asked if they were any cancellations. Please could somebody attend before then as I am home on holiday from work.

An hour or so later I got a phone call from an engineer to say they are in Exeter and will be with me soon, they arrived around 2:00 and by 3:30 , they were finished.

Although they did discover another issue which I need to get resolved, at least I was aware of this and I must be fair to the engineer, they went over and above the call of duty today even making a temporary repair to the pipework under my sink which was discovered when they pulled the dishwasher out to effect the repair.

The repair was not the easiest to complete, and I applauded the gentleman for his perseverance and skill.

I cannot thank these people enough as they really have pulled it out of the bag for me today. I will definitely be using you again.

From booking an appointment on. line, to being kept up to date with the engineer visiting and the are of getting our problem sorted.

Charlotte was very helpful. I thought I had booked on-line but she confirmed there was no sign of the booking. However she took all the details and outlined the next steps. I now look forward to an engineer calling me, prior to the visit.

NAC came to repair my washing machine in December 2024. They came within a week of my contacting them, and repaired the washing machine on the spot, which was great

It cost £145 for the engineer to replace some worn out brushes which spin the drum, and took about 20 minutes.

I will definitely use them again.
