Thank you for attending our home at short notice (48 hour turnaround from contacting and washing machine/dryer fixed). James was thorough with his approach and although he quickly worked out the problem, he continued to check our device and the earth continuity of the appliance too. He arrived at our requested time – we had been given a 5 hour window but I then requested an early slot and this was accommodated. He was mindful of our neighbours and parked carefully and cleaned up as he completed the mend and afterwards. James was both swift and thoughtful and gave us some future tips to keep our appliance in its best condition. Thanks again: would highly recommend.

Using this company was a pleasure. I rang on the morning and was able to have an engineer call that day . I was very happy with the lady who booked my appointment , the lady I spoke to later in the day to check progress and also Luke the engineer who repaired the fridge. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any appliance repair.
