I had a problem with my fridge/freezer. I booked NAC online, it was straightforward and easy to do. Engineer contacted me the day before he arrived giving me a time slot. He appeared when he said he would, was very pleasant and courteous. Problem solved quickly with no hidden extra costs. Would definitely use them again.
On the ball. Checked pricing before Christmas to decide whether dishwasher repair was cost effective which was the case but decided to leave till January. Got a call back pretty much immediately and explained the reason for leaving off booking. Called Chester centre in January, was offered next day, accepted a day a couple of days later. Engineer called within an hour, gave name and phone number and fixed a convenient time. Charming guy arrived and fixed machine on the spot. Highly recommended.
