Dryer repaired – came to assess the problem on the same day – took a week to get the part which seemed a bit slow, but all fixed in 8 days at a reasonable cost.

The tumble dryer was drying but not pumping out the water, I had already cleaned all filters as best I could. Paul checked everything and tested, spent a lot of time trying to find problem, in the end the machine worked, suggested that what I had done had cleared the problem, but I was reassured that there was no danger of fire. Paul was a lovely man and appologized for having to charge the call out fee. If any problems in the future would defo use again.
The person you sent to deal with the problem was very knowledgeable and very polite. He was swift and frankly I could not have asked for more.
I was having problems with my dishwasher where the cycle would start and then stop. The 1st and 3rd light would come on and the on/off button would start flashing. The engineer came out and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. So grateful he was able to identify the problem and fix it on the same day!
