Timely response to request for repair. Good communication from NAC informing when to expect engineer including a text just prior to his attendance. Nathan was very efficient, informative re problem and explained part replacement required. NAC then emailed with cost of replacement part and cost.
Very pleased with the service received and would recommend to others and happy to use again if electrical appliances required repair.
