The engineer was brilliant. He was totally upfront about potential costs and sadly although my appliance could not be repaired, he did tell me what makes he saw less of! Very helpful. Came out the same day. Excellent service.

Seamless from initial call to fixing the problem. Excellent customer service . Technician came next day to assess problem with my oven and ordered part. Back a few days later to fix. Very polite man. Swift and efficient service at reasonable price. Would highly recommend.
