This is the second time we have used NAC and their engineer, James, to fix our Siemens oven and have been impressed on both occasions. It was really easy to book an appointment online and we received text updates on the arranged time. James was extremely polite and professional, and carried out the repairs quickly and efficiently. The pricing was very fair and straightforward so we would have no hesitation in using NAC again and would be happy to recommend them.

As usual, the visit was well arranged and the engineer was punctual, polite, efficient, and keen to do a very efficient job on our fridge/freezer.

Our 15 year old tumble dryer began misbehaving just before Christmas. Searched the internet for a repair company and came across NAC. Liked what I read so contacted them. Received a reply within hours saying an engineer had been booked. David arrived when he said he would and set about diagnosing the problem – not easy given that access to our tumble dryer is very restricted. Within an hour, he had found the problem but it required a part that had to be ordered. NAC placed the order shortly after David had left but due to the festive season holidays, the part wasn’t delivered until early in the new year. NAC contacted me immediately to arrange for David to visit but we were away in Scotland so had to refuse the first appointment. I very quickly received another which was accepted and David duly arrived on time yesterday and very quickly had our tumble dryer working correctly again. From start to finish, the service we received from NAC was exemplary and reasonably priced. We would certainly use them again.
