The allocated repair people were great reliable as advertised no further charge to return when they had the part. The arrangements for appointments were really outstanding good text alerts and nothing to much trouble. They were kind enough to add an additional number for an older person and to make sure they knew they were on their way and to alert others to make sure that person was aware. Personalised excellent service.

No complaints. My only advice is they need to put in the email that it is NAC who is giving the job to a specific company as it appeared to me that the company themselves were taking the booking and i cancelled the initial booking thinking i’d been double-booked. One line in the email would’ve sorted this. However they did call to query my cancellation, and rebooked it on my behalf so i cannot fault them for that and their prices were very good.
