Polite and well-mannered young engineers who were prompt and efficient.

The engineer turned up within 24 hours and was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He identified the problem with the dishwasher immediately, replaced the part, tested it and left for his next call.

Very easy to communicate with them over the phone. Had a repair man with me within 48h. Service super professional, swift, and very reasonable (labour + parts sub £150). Couldnt recommend more highly!

From my initial phone call I felt confident that I’d made a good choice. Charlotte was friendly, polite and efficient. I’d soon received a message that I would hear from an engineer to make an appointment to come and repair our cooker. Charlotte later checked in to make sure this had happened. The engineer was Ken. He turned up when he said he would and although it was fiddley , got the cooker working. A lovely, considerate chap. Many thanks NAC.

Prompt response and had all the necessary equipment to be able to repair the oven. Polite and helpful engineer.

Just looked them up on Google and as they had good reviews gave them a go. Engineer came next day. They had the part on the van, so was fixed there and then within an hour. No dramas. Would recommend.

Microwave couldn’t be repaired, but arrived on time , so can’t asses a repair

Unfortunately he was unable to repair the fault due to the nature of the problem and age of the dishwasher.
