I contacted NAC when my dishwasher developed a fault.Their response was rapid. Within 24 hours Daniel Hoskings ,the repair man ,had visited my house, identified the problem,ordered the replacement , and a week later,he installed the new part. What a refreshing experience that were appointments kept. Daniel kept me informed of what he was doing, he was skilled, polite and friendly .I would certainly recommend NAC.
