Super quick and easy booking. Engineer came to fix my dishwasher. Figured out the issue in 20 mins. Realised a part needs replacing but the part was out of stock. I ordered a 2nd hand part on Ebay and he was happy to fit it. He came in the following week to put the part in. Everything’s working fine again now. Satisfied with the service.

Very good service from start to finish! The lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and even offered me same day service! I like the fact that you pay a one off cost for call out and labour, if any parts are needed that’s extra. The washing machine engineer came the following morning….. I was updated with a time of arrival, Taylor arrived on time , the original problem did not happen when he was here but he did give the machine a good clean, the pipes from the dispenser drawer were full of gunk! Very helpful engineer and would not hesitate to recommend this firm. No problem with machine since.

My cooker was repaired by Joe Driver, who was very professional and explained what repair was required, and the new part was ordered and he came back later in the week to complete the repair
