Easy to book a repair, engineer contacted me on the same day.
Rob arrived at the expected time, he was friendly, very experienced, keen to repair my cooker despite it being 17 years old. My oven was making a loud buzzing noise when heating up I had no idea what it could be but it was very annoying. Rob listened to it once & diagnosed the issue straight away, it was a simple fix that didn’t need any parts & he did it whilst he was replacing the grill element & a thermocouple which were both broken.
Did initial review of the parts he needed, ordered them & came back to fit them when he said he would.
Didn’t take payment until he had completed the job, if I had known it was so easy to get my cooker repaired I would have done it sooner!

Easy to book an appointment, very good information regarding appointment time slot. Engineer arrived on time and did a good job.

Booking was straightforward, plenty of available dates.
