Hi Yvonne was very helpful explained exactly what the procedure was so I knew exactly what to expect, as explained james informed me the night before when to expect him to come to me, James came sorted my fridge out with no problem would definitely use them again.

The entire booking process from selecting the type of job to my oven working again was easy and seamless and next day! I was kept informed about when the engineer would call. I was told simply what was wrong with my oven. But the best part was that, the engineer had the replacement part for my 25 year old oven in his van!

Helen took my appointment very patiently (I had a bad line…) and booked an appointment for the next day. I also didn’t have to prepay (some other companies have asked me for up to £289 just to book an appointment!)
Bart contacted me on the day and came at the time he said he would. What could be sorted on the day was sorted, and he said he would come back with the spare parts required. I feel we are in very good hands!
