Repairman most both thorough and affable. Built-in Oven in pieces, reapired and reassembled in no time, no mess incurred. Impressive and first class !
Engineer arrived same day, carefully removed and later replaced the integrated full height fridge without damage to kitchen (unlike other company engineers previously used on other appliances!). He identified the potential faults, ran tests to clarify and agreed way forward with me. I was kept clearly informed throughout and made aware of cost items and the risks of not fully rectifying the fault. It worked 😀
