Great service. Spoke to human service operator, availability scheduled to suit and the engineer was professional, courteous and precise with his work. The booking of the appointment was quick and easy. Tom sent a text and answered some questions I had. He arrived on time and was friendly and informative. Sadly he was unable to fix my 12 year old AEG dishwasher as the parts were no longer available.

Outstanding. Called and spoke to the NAC booking office. They arranged an Appliance specialist for the following Monday (I called on Friday). Mustafa was allocated the job. Truly one of the nicest most professional and clued up experts I have every met. If you ever need an Appliance repaired ask NAC to allocate Mustafa to the job.
