Extremely happy with the professional and friendly service from Daryl. He was able to mend my Rangemaster immediately and the call out charge and his labour were very good value. A notification from the office to let me know what time he was coming would of been nice.

Next day appointment booked after speaking to helpful call handler. Received time slot the following morning and a call from the engineer informing me he was 15 minutes away. He was friendly, asked questions and quickly identified the issue. Once repaired he checked the dishwasher was performing correctly. He put everything back as it was, took payment which was the exact price of the call out and labour as informed on the initial call. No parts were required so no further costs. A very honest company as it would be easy to add on things on the day as I wouldn’t have known any different. Would definitely use them again.
