Next day appointment booked after speaking to helpful call handler. Received time slot the following morning and a call from the engineer informing me he was 15 minutes away. He was friendly, asked questions and quickly identified the issue. Once repaired he checked the dishwasher was performing correctly. He put everything back as it was, took payment which was the exact price of the call out and labour as informed on the initial call. No parts were required so no further costs. A very honest company as it would be easy to add on things on the day as I wouldn’t have known any different. Would definitely use them again.

The service from start to finish was excellent. Special mention for George the engineer, he was quick, efficient and very knowledgeable. Slightly higher cost than others but worth it.

I didn’t ask the engineers name, but the repair wasn’t straightforward. It took time patience, and knowledge to work out what the problem was. The gentleman was able to complete the process by repairing the electrical fault to a gas range cooker. No parts were paid for. Thank you

I was very happy with the whole process. Engineer kept in contact re timing of visit. Repair completed quickly and efficiently. My cooker is now working!! The only downside is that I have to cook again!!
