I was quoted a price which was exactly what i was charged. I was gjven date and time for work to be completed which was perfect. I spoke to a lady on the phone she asked me what my problem was and an appliance engineer got back to me to say he would book me in when he checked availability. A couple of hours later he contacted me to give me a time slot which was the next day.He came and did the job.He was very pleasant and professional. You get informed of call out charge at the first phone call.
The Engineer was very good, there were a couple of ‘niggly’ bits, which the engineer sorted out efficiently.
Couldn’t recommend the company high enough.

Very professional company. They fixed our fridge freezer without any fuss. They also did a great job of letting us know when the engineer would arrive so that we weren’t stuck in the house all day with no clue as to when the engineer would arrive.

Very good response on phone when I was assured it was something they could deal with. Engineer came the same day and fixed the problem. Texted 30 mins before arriving which is always helpful. Call out charge very reasonable
We originally thought that the filter on our washing machine needed cleaning, so we arranged for someone to come out.
Paul contacted us, and we arranged a date, for the work.
He came promptly on the day and was very amiable. He got straight on with the job which was a set fee, whatever he needed to do.
As it happened the filter could not be emptied, due to the design of the machine, however he gave it a service and we were very pleased.
Paul was courteous, and seemed very good at his job.
