It was late when I rang them to say I couldn’t open the washing machine door but they still managed to come out the very next day. The engineer was obviously very experienced and got it open very quickly. The handle mechanism was broken but he had the right part on his van and the whole procedure took less than 30 minutes. There was no waiting for a part to be ordered and then delivered etc which to be honest was what I expected. I was also impressed that although his phone was ringing he ignored it and got on with the job. I was emailed to say what time he would arrive and that was exactly when he came. All in all I was very impressed with the service.
