Very good response on phone when I was assured it was something they could deal with. Engineer came the same day and fixed the problem. Texted 30 mins before arriving which is always helpful. Call out charge very reasonable
We originally thought that the filter on our washing machine needed cleaning, so we arranged for someone to come out.
Paul contacted us, and we arranged a date, for the work.
He came promptly on the day and was very amiable. He got straight on with the job which was a set fee, whatever he needed to do.
As it happened the filter could not be emptied, due to the design of the machine, however he gave it a service and we were very pleased.
Paul was courteous, and seemed very good at his job.

The whole process was very easy to make a booking and the engineer I was put in contact with called the following day to talk through the issue.
The NAC service from start to finish was easy. A dishwasher was showing a ‘warning signal’ not knowing where to start to find a local company I searched on line and NAC repair service is the one I went for purely because I could book a date on line for an Engineer to come out. The booking process was so easy, communication too. You receive a call from NAC advising the date and time slot and the Engineers name so no stranger turning up on your doorstep. The process was explained well and felt confident that I understood what would happen on the day. I paid the call out fee over the phone and, as I don’t live in the property, meant the tenants didn’t have this to sort out. The Engineer came out the following day so no long wait. He managed to repair the fault but, said should the issue reoccur, he would know what part was required and return to fix this. I would definitely recommend NAC repair services.

I recently used this company and was truly impressed by their level of service and professionalism. The representative I spoke with over the phone was exceptionally helpful, answering all my questions thoroughly and promptly. She scheduled an engineer to arrive the very next day for a service call. I was informed that the engineer would contact me beforehand to confirm the exact time of his visit. True to his word, the engineer arrived promptly at the scheduled time and efficiently repaired my oven door, which had a loose hinge screw causing it to wobble. I was quoted an estimated cost of £8.00 plus VAT for the visit, which I found to be very reasonable. This company is highly recommended for their reliability and quality of service.
