Operator was pleasant, she listen to what i was saying and engaging. Arrangement was made and i am pleased with the service.

My fridge freezer failed this morning so I needed a service engineer asap. NAC were easy to deal with, the receptionist / service agent was great and patient with me. An engineer was booked and will be with me within the working day. Booked my call and took an initial payment over a secure service explaining that all of the work is covered except any parts that need to be provided. So far this has been a very good start with this company.

Helen was helpful with call and although a bad line we were able to arrange a booking.

I contacted my usual appliance engineer as I had a problem with my tumble dryer and it needed a small part but he could not locate the part so contacted NAC and engineer came identified the problem – ordered the part and returned to fit it within a few days. Very efficient service and now dryer is working 👍👍
