Phoned. Engineer called next morning and the found fault to my American fridge freezer quickly. Engineer Ashley very courteous and professional. The part was ordered that day. I asked for an early call when engineer arrived to fit part and he arrived just after 8am. Very pleased with the whole experience, excellent service from start to finish.

Great service from NAC. Professional from start to finish. We had a damaged seal on our washer. Dan can out. Found the fault quickly. Ordered the part and was back inside a week to replace and test it. All for a very reasonable price with no hidden costs. 😊

I booked Domestica to have a look at my fridge freezer which was not cooling properly. Gavin came to have a look and quickly discovered that the freezer needed to be defrosted . He did so very quickly and politely . He was very knowledge about his craft and did an exceptional service .
