Just moved into flat realised deep freeze wasn’t working with a load of food! Went on line found NAC came straight away. Took no time at all to find the problem (fan had got stuck) asked fitter about hob as that wasn’t working. Took it to pieces realised I needed a new gas hob!! Fitted yesterday. They are also looking into changing dishwasher for a tumble dryer. One phone call and they are doing me proud. Can’t speak high enough of them. Excellent firm. 👍

Easy to book, communication was great, availability of slots good engineer arrived on time and did the job for the stated amount.

Prompt and efficient response from service engineer. I sent him info on the part needed for our tumble dryer which he sourced and brought with him so all fixed in one visit. Friendly ‘can do’ attitude very welcome.

They were really good. They put me in touch with a company who called me back within fifteen minutes and were able to send someone out at 0730 the following morning. He did a great job, had the correct element in his van and completed the job within 20 minutes!

I had a repair visit booked, and the engineer called in advance to learn more about the problem. From the information I was able to give him, he was able to do some background research and call me again for further clarification, from which he was able to diagnose the problem and the solution, which would require two very expensive components comparable in cost to a brand new replacement machine. I opted for the latter, so we cancelled the visit. Most satisfactory! Thanks for excellent and efficient service.

Communication was excellent and I was able to rearrange my appointment. The engineer arrived on time and serviced my tumble drier with no extra charge. I thought the call out charge was very reasonable and I am very happy with everything. I will use your company again and recommend your service.

The fridge part of our American style fridge freezer was freezing the contents, so we contacted NAC.
Very prompt service. Hayden came out the following day and quickly identified the problem. The part was ordered the same day and Hayden returned to repair it a week later.
Very efficient and professional from the first point of contact with the admin staff, and regular e-mail and text updates.

They did everything well. I booked online. Andy responded by text confirming the day of the visit. The pricing structure was very clear on the website. I received another text the day before the visit with a time frame of one hour. Andy arrived on time. He established the problem and completed the repair without any fuss or drama. I was happy with the price. I was charged the call out charge as advised on the website and the charge for the actual part was really reasonable. My cooker is as good as new.
