I booked Domestica to have a look at my fridge freezer which was not cooling properly. Gavin came to have a look and quickly discovered that the freezer needed to be defrosted . He did so very quickly and politely . He was very knowledge about his craft and did an exceptional service .

Your engineer kept me informed as to
when he would arrive. He was friendly , informative an efficient. A sensor had gone wrong and he fixed it. He told me it would be better to have a new sensor fitted as the old one could go wrong again. Having paid a call out charge for today’s visit , it would also cover the further visit to replace the sensor. The only charge being the part itself. That seems very fair. Thank you. John Fulton

Organisation was first class. One phone call and everything moved on very quickly after that. A visit date was suggested and the engineer texted me the evening before to give a one-hour window. He arrived exactly when he said he would and immediately identified the fault in our Bosch dishwasher – it needed a new part.
Three days later the same process was used to return and fit the part. And that was it! Thank you.
